Herbal prescriptions are prepared individually following your consultation and are priced according to volume. This will be discussed as part of your treatment plan. Repeat herbal prescriptions are available for existing clients who are continuing their treatment. These are prepared based on your current plan and recent progress, allowing you to maintain consistency with your herbal support between consultations. Where needed, brief updates can be reviewed to ensure your prescription remains appropriate and aligned with your ongoing needs. This offers a simple and convenient way to continue your treatment, supporting steady progress and continuity of care. Available following an initial consultation.

To cancel or reschedule, please give a minimum 24 hours notice 1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Natasha Rand, qualified and registered N​a​turopath and Herbalist trading as ​Natasha Rand Naturopath and Herbalist. By booking an appointment or using our ​consultation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. ​ 2. Qualifications and Scope of Practice I am a qualified N​a​turopath and Herbalist registered with ​the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) and Aassosciation of Master Herbalists (AMH). ​Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine are complementary therap​ies and do not replace medical advice or treatment from a medical professional. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. ​ 3. Client Responsibility You agree to: Provide accurate and complete health information via my intake forms and on an ongoing basis via consultations and emails ​Your personal data being processed by and on behalf of us as part of providing you with consultation services Inform your GP or healthcare provider about any changes in your health protocol Take full responsibility for your own health and choices during and after our work together​ You may not: Without our prior written consent, make any audio or visual recordings of all, or any part of your sessions Without our prior written consent, copy, reproduce, publish in any form, share, sell or make available to a third party any of the content or materials that we use in the sessions ​​ 4. Consultations Initial consultations typically last 60- 90 minutes​ and ​follow-up sessions​ 60 or 30 minutes, as agreed Sessions may be conducted in person​ or online, and Discovery Calls are conducted over the telephone You will receive a personalised ​herbal and naturopathic ​diet and lifestyle plan tailored to your individual needs​ usually within 5 days of our session (or later if test results are outstanding) ​​ 5. Fees and Payment All fees are clearly stated on the website, or at the time of booking​ and are inclusive of VAT Payment is due ​a​t the time of booking via the website Packages and services must be used within ​four​ months of​ booking a three month package, and within eight months of booking a six month package, unless otherwise agreed ​​ 6. Cancellations and Refunds ​By booking an appointment (in clinic, virtually or via telephone) you are undertaking to do your best to attend at the agreed time.
